branches throughout the United States, and are still establishing branch offices in
major U.S. cities. The RichWay Sales Compensation Plan is built upon the sale of company products to the
ultimate consumer. Each Independent Representative begins by
sponsoring one person on their left leg, and one person on their right leg. |
[ TO BE INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE ]
- An individual or business entity with the following
conditions may participate in the Compensation Plan
of RichWay International, Inc.
 Each Independent Representative must complete an Application & Agreement, and send it to the Corporate Office of Richway to be approved.
There is no cost involved to become an Independent Representative of RichWay, and an Independent Representative is not required to purchase
products.
Purchase a RichWay Sales Kit, and be properly trained. The
Sales Kit is sold at Company's cost ($27.95) plus Shipping and Tax.

[ RETAIL SALES PROFIT ]
When the Rep. sells RichWay products to his/her
customer, they shall receive a retail sales Commission
of 20% of the sales amount which is also
Referred to as Personal Sales Volume.
- RichWay has no sales quotas, and no retailing is required. Representatives must maintain copies of Customer
Receipt Forms and provide them to the Company upon request. A Representative can build their
business by selling product directly from the catalog and having it shipped directly to
the customer by the the Company.

[ ENHANCED BONUS ]
- As soon as the Application is approved by company,
the Rep. shall be given Business Centers. If any sales are made by downline Group, the
Sales Volume shall be counted as Sales Volume of each Center.
Bonus Payments of Group Sales Volume benefits everyone in the up line.
Binary Bonus Sales
Volume Payments are made weekly.
Retail Sales
Commissions are made weekly.
Training Bonus Payments
are made monthly.
Automobile Allowance
Payments are made monthly.
Royal Family Bonus Pool
Payments are made every 6 months.
Sales which effect the
Binary Bonus but have not been paid
will be carried over to the next payment.
- Retail Sales Commissions and Binary Bonus Pool Payments
will be 1 month after the person qualifies.
- Training Bonuses, Automobile Bonuses, and Bonus Pool
Payments will be paid 1 month after the person qualifies.
