  4. Select that group in MultiScan.

10. Quantum SEFI Scan

Instead of manually searching through the enormous SEFI library, Quantum SEFI Scan scans across the SEFI categories and generates frequency selections for the selected target.

How to use it

  1. Open Quantum SEFI Scan.
  2. Select your target.
  3. Tap Start Scan.
  4. AO scans across SEFI categories.
  5. Review the frequencies it selects.
  6. Use the selected frequencies as appropriate.

11. SEFI Custom Playlists

You can combine up to 15 frequencies in one custom playlist.

You can create an unlimited number of playlists.

Create a playlist

  1. Find the desired frequency.
  2. Click the +.
  3. Add it to your playlist.
  4. Continue adding desired frequencies, up to 15.
  5. Name the playlist.
  6. Save it.
  7. Optionally mark it as a Favorite.

Playlists can apparently be run either:

Individually — frequencies run one at a time

or

Simultaneously — selected frequencies run together.

Rather than repeatedly searching for the same frequencies, create reusable playlists such as:

12. Frequency Generator / Custom Frequencies

AO can also function as a frequency generator.

If you know the exact frequency in Hz that you want to use, you can manually enter it rather than being restricted to named frequencies already in SEFI.

Process

  1. Create/name the custom frequency.
  2. Enter the desired Hz value.
  3. The entered left frequency automatically populates to the other side.
  4. Select Add Custom.
  5. It becomes available within your custom frequencies/playlist area.

SEFI includes a peptide-frequency library.

There are currently 59 peptide frequencies and counting.

How to use them

Peptide frequencies function like other SEFI selections:

Selecting something such as a BPC-157, oxytocin, semaglutide or tirzepatide frequency is NOT administering that substance.

It is a SEFI frequency bearing that name, not the drug, peptide or injection itself.

14. AO Patch + SEFI

The AO Patch is a physical topical patch containing a raised reservoir.

The base contains beeswax/honey/bee pollen, lanolin and Cybin.

Two ways it can be customized

Topically: Add a small amount of a compatible topical/liquid product to the reservoir.

Examples include:

There are AO Cube frequency programs inside the AO Scan software.

You do NOT need to own the physical AO Cube to access the AO Cube frequency programs in the software.

The physical Cube is an additional delivery method.
