1. The Foundation: It’s About Frequencies
Begins with the foundational concept for understanding the AO Mobile Scanner:
It’s all about frequencies.
Frequency is the backbone of:
- why the Mobile Scanner works
- the background data used by the system
- how the scanner provides educational information
- understanding InnerVoice, Vitals and Comprehensive
This concept needs to be firmly understood before going deeper into interpreting the scanner.
2. InnerVoice Identifies Areas Needing Support
One of the important functions of InnerVoice is identifying areas that may need support.
The voice reflects information associated with the autonomic nervous system, including things operating “in the background” that we may not consciously recognize.
Voice → InnerVoice analysis → frequencies → areas needing support
When an area is identified, its frequencies as being out of balance.
The objective is therefore not simply to identify something as “wrong,” but to recognize an area that may need support in returning toward balance/homeostasis.

3. VERY IMPORTANT: Frequencies Ebb & Flow
Frequencies can change from second to second.
Therefore, results can change:
second to second → minute to minute → day to day → week to week
This helps explain why an AO result today may look different tomorrow.
Rather than expecting every scan to produce identical results, observe patterns and changes over time.
4. AO Is Presented as Educational — NOT Diagnostic
AO Mobile Scanner = educational information
AO Mobile Scanner ≠ diagnostic testing
The scan represents a snapshot of frequencies at a particular moment in time.
Because frequencies can ebb and flow, you should NOT interpret one scan as:
“You have this disease/condition.”
Instead, think
“This is an area showing out-of-balance frequencies right now.”
That distinction is especially important when you’re eventually teaching people how to use their AO.
5. Vitals & Comprehensive = Snapshot in Time
Vitals
and
Comprehensive
Providing a:
📸 “Pinpoint snapshot in time.”
But time doesn’t stand still—and neither do the body’s frequencies.
Therefore, today’s Vitals or Comprehensive results may not necessarily look exactly like tomorrow’s results.
The value comes from observing how things change over time.
6. AO Results vs. Laboratory Results
Another important distinction:
AO frequency scan
Measures/interprets frequencies according to the system’s framework.
Laboratory testing
Measures physical/chemical markers in a biological sample.
Lab testing is like a chemistry test.
Therefore, you should not necessarily expect something appearing in Vitals or Comprehensive to appear on laboratory testing.
That is a VERY important teaching :
AO result ≠ lab result.
They are measuring fundamentally different things.
Get your AO scan for $150/mo, cancel anytime – try it for a month, cancel if you don’t want it, or keep using it for you and your family – HUGE thing is you can use it for yourself and ALL members of your family/friends etc for the one price.
7. What You’re Looking for Over Time
Rather than obsessing over one individual scan result, look for:
Patterns
You may observe how frequencies associated with:
- organs
- glands
- body systems
- interconnected systems
change from scan to scan.
The training’s goal is essentially:
Scan → identify patterns → make lifestyle changes → rescan → observe changes
And ultimately look for movement toward:
HOMEOSTASIS / BALANCE
8. Lifestyle Changes Are a Major Part of the Process
Don’t present the scanner as something that simply gives you an answer.
Instead, its educational information is intended to help inform decisions.
For example:
Area appears out of balance
↓
Consider relevant lifestyle factors
↓
Make appropriate lifestyle changes
↓
Continue monitoring
↓
Look for changes in future scans
So AO is taught as an educational feedback tool rather than a one-time test.
9. “The Body Is Electric”
Another foundational concept to understand is:
⚡ The body is electric.
This helps explain why frequencies can ebb and flow.
Understanding AO requires a mindset shift away from expecting everything to be:
black/white
yes/no
you have this/you don’t have this
Instead, think:
frequency → balance → imbalance → change → pattern
10. Avoid Falling Into the “Diagnosis” Mindset
We’re accustomed to conventional thinking such as:
“You’ve got X, therefore you take Y.”
Because of that conditioning, AO users may accidentally start interpreting frequency results the same way.
Instead of:
❌ “AO says I HAVE _____.”
Think:
✅ “AO is showing frequencies associated with _____ that are out of balance at this moment.”
That may be one of the most important rules for interpreting AO reports.
11. What Could an Out-of-Balance Frequency Represent?
An identified frequency could potentially relate, within the course’s framework, to:
🧠 Cellular Memory
Example:
You fell off a swing at age 5 and injured yourself.
The brain/body may retain a “cellular memory” associated with that past event.
Therefore, a frequency showing today doesn’t necessarily mean something happened today.
🩹 Residual Damage
Examples could include:
- old injury
- previous accident
- past physical trauma
- previous illness/event
Example – a car accident.
The current frequency result could potentially relate to something left over from a previous event.
☣️ Residual Toxicity
Another possibility is previous exposure to chemicals or environmental substances.
Example:
A person lived near a farm as a child where pesticides were sprayed.
Frequencies associated with that historical exposure could potentially appear later.
A frequency does NOT automatically mean a current exposure.
Get your AO scan for $150/mo, cancel anytime – try it for a month, cancel if you don’t want it, or keep using it for you and your family – HUGE thing is you can use it for yourself and ALL members of your family/friends etc for the one price.
12. Inflammation
Another possibility is inflammation.
Examples such as:
recent injury
or
dietary/lifestyle patterns associated with inflammation
The scanner may show frequencies the training associates with inflammation.
Acute
More recent/current.
versus
Chronic
Longer-standing pattern.
13. Past vs. Present Is Important
This is another big concept for interpreting your own scans.
Something appearing on AO could potentially represent:
PAST
- cellular memory
- previous injury
- previous exposure
- residual damage
or
PRESENT
- current imbalance
- inflammation
- lifestyle-related pattern
Therefore:
Don’t automatically assume every scan finding represents something actively happening right now.
14. It Could Be a Combination
It doesn’t necessarily have to be one explanation.
It could potentially represent a combination.
For example:
Past cellular memory
↓
related to
current inflammation
↓
which appears as
frequency imbalance
So part of learning AO is learning to connect the dots rather than interpreting every result independently.
15. “Connecting the Dots”
Instead of seeing:
Organ A
Emotion B
System C
Frequency D
as four unrelated results, begin asking:
“How might these pieces relate?”
Over time, you start observing relationships among:
InnerVoice + Vitals + Comprehensive + organs + glands + systems + history + lifestyle + patterns over multiple scans
That is what is meant by learning to connect the dots.
LAURIE’S QUICK REFERENCE
Tthe part you need to remember when you’re looking at one of your scans:
When something shows up on AO, DON’T immediately think:
“I HAVE THIS.”
Instead ask:
1. Is this showing repeatedly or only once?
2. Is it acute or chronic on the report?
3. Could this relate to something currently happening?
4. Could it connect to an old injury or event?
5. Could there be a past environmental/toxin exposure that fits the person’s history?
6. Is there another AO result that connects with this one?
7. What does InnerVoice show at the same time?
8. Are there lifestyle factors worth examining?
9. What changes after lifestyle/support changes?
10. What pattern develops over several scans?
That gets you much closer to the way we teach people to think about AO, rather than simply reading individual red/yellow items and assuming each one means a current physical problem.
AO is presented as an educational snapshot of changing frequencies; the goal is to watch patterns, connect the dots, make appropriate lifestyle changes, and observe movement toward balance—not use an individual scan as a medical diagnosis.
Do not to treat every isolated finding literally. The patterns and connections over time are supposed to matter more.
